Our client, the municipality of Saint-Gilles, wanted to highlight various local businesses.

Pardon is a cafe located near the Parvis de Saint-Gilles. They offer specialty coffees and all kinds of artisanal waffles. Flanders waffles, Liege waffles, Brussels waffles or their specialty "le pardon", small filled waffles that can only be found there. Pardon Brussels offers great gourmet moments.
